I lost my express batch

One of my buyer buy my gig on 27 june and it is an express gig…so I complete that order and delivered to him same day…but he did not give feedback to me…Then today(29 june) he has bought my gig extras(after two days) and when I check my account I saw the late order.I think I have log to my account approximately 4 hours later after he bought gig extras.I delivered it again very quickly

Now I have lost my express batch…is this possible?

please help me…

Please explain your situation to Customer Support and they will help you out! Next time, put on your delivery “please do not purchase gig extras after delivery”
