I wish to suggest canned responses for buyer request. I realize it is not ideal, but some request are so vague a canned response is the best option.

Don’t do it guys.
Canned responses are not good in the long run.

You’ll miss the opportunity to connect with buyers.
If request are not good, simply ignore it and remove request.
