To decline or not, that is the question

A seller who has not lived up to his glowing reviews could’t deliver on a simple logo which I created for him to finish it off. He/she simply ignored every change I asked and randomly gave me a completely wrong revision. Now he has cancelled my order. If I accept the cancellation, would I still be able to leave a review for him/her.
I am a new buyer here, and I must my faith is almost zero.

Yes I did accept the cancellation …i assumed I could still leave feedback.
The seller was soooo bad if I had known I won’t be able to leave feedback if I accepted, I wouldn’t have minded losing my $5.50…which by the way didn’t get the $0.50 back

So this seller will continue to waste buyer’s time based on the seemingly good reviews he has.

Paying $5.50 for a logo is like trying to eat cat fur to stay alive. It’s simply not going to happen. I like how you would be willing to pay $5.50 to trash a seller who you have simply expected way too much from, though. The logic there is fascinating.
