Why Fiverr don't have 24hours live chat services for buyer and seller.?

Fiverr is one of the best word wide market place for Buyer and Seller. But Fiverr don’t have 24 hours live chat service for their Buyer and Seller. Fiverr get 20% charge from us but why their customer support is 1% for buyer and seller.?? If you agree with me and want 24hours live chat service please comment here. We could change the it. We want Fiverr should respect our opinion.

Meh, not everything has to be 24/7. I believe they’re working on expanding the customer support team, which would mean faster response times, but 24/7 live chat? I don’t think there’s a real need for that.
