Can't contact someone?

I am trying to access a convorsation I had with a seller, because I wanted to get my logo in CMYK colour so I could print with no issues. He contacted me back but when I click to see the message it says he can’t be contacted for privacy reasons? I also have this with another person I contacted before but most of the others in my inbox are fine. What’s with this? I’m trying to work everything out with the seller, and I can’t even click on his gigs, or profile or anything. Help me please?
