Response Rate lower than 1 Hour

Hello,

As seller we are striving to get the stats whether 100%: Ratings,Orders Completed, Delivered on Time and finally the Response Rate which for us is currently at the 1 Hour mark. I have noticed that no matter how quickly we had been responding to buyer’s inquiry within 0-15 Minutes the response rate has not gone below the 1 Hour mark; which is not good as we are striving to achieve at-least 20 mins response rate.

Sheriff’s Note: Moved to Suggestion Box again since there are requests within for a change to a feature.

I think ti’s because Fiverr likes round numbers. This is why my rating is 97% and not 97.8%. I don’t think it will ever go under 1-hour, and I won’t be surprised if it increased to 3-hours, or is your legal team always awake?

I don’t think the system is set to display a response time in minutes .
The lowest it can probably go is an hour.
I haven’t seen anyone with a response rate of less than an hour.

ye this is true… I am currently at an hour as well. once you see an hour on a profile I just take it that they respond fairly quickly in general.

The system can display time in Second, Minute, and Hour. However, Fiverr’s script doesn’t display time in second or minute as far as response time is concerned, which is the reason why the least time is 1 hour. And to me 1 hour is pretty much okay. Some sites, for instance Facebook, do display time in second, minute, and hour.

Not at all. My conclusion is based on what i notice, and because some areas on Fiverr do show some events in minute. For example, “recent delivery” do show in minute if it’s not up to 1 hour.
