To prevent the PayPal disputes, sellers shouldn’t get paid until they complete the actual gig. Or the buyers can put down a little deposit in the beginning and the buyer gets the rest when the gig is completed.

If customer support would work better with a quicker response rate it might would prevent a lot of disputes. I often read on the forum how buyers have been cheated by sellers marking an order as complete without delivering work, and how those buyers were unable to get in touch with customer support, or simply never received any assistance.
