Anyone experiencing un authorized payments

Hi guys,



My jobs have been going through without my paypal authorisation just by clicking on the buy now button. I believe that there are technical issues and I ended up with 11 jobs yikes!!! I have demanded a refund into my paypal account. Is anyone else having issues?



I really like fiverr and I hope that this won’t cause issues as I will be very upset if I don’t get a full refund for their technical issue. Are they good quality for customer service? I am not sure.
