One was to contact support which I did and they bumped me up in 3 areas and now I have two orders for a total of 3 gigs! One realized how much va work and states he will order another gig!I see people complain about support and am sorry you have had bad experiences, but the way I look at it…we are contractors with no “boss” …but no support, other than support! If you are polite they seem to be very helpful so far! They want you to do well, since this is how fiverr makes money!
