Account Press & Hold

Did you view Fiverr pages by opening browser tabs too quickly? Or view quite a few Fiverr pages in too short a time?

The account won't be suspended. If you don't have a tablet to press and hold and it's mentioning your IP address, then the next time you connect, if your IP address is different then it might continue as normal (you could also delete Fiverr cookies too as that might help). Or alternatively you could contact CS at the help desk about it. But when you reset your router with removed cookies it will probably work anyway if the IP address is different. Don't use a VPN though which changes the country.

And if it was caused by viewing pages too fast/viewing too many of them then slow down loading browser tabs/view Fiverr pages more slowly/less of them in that amount of time in future.

Maybe something like that could happen with an auto-refresher too - if you use one of those then disable it.

Your account is not suspended. I just searched for your account. And it's there. So no need to panic.

It's not uncommon to get those "verification" things every once in a while. I get those a few times myself on different websites on a daily basis.

It's just a spam prevention thing. Most websites have the famous "recaptcha", and Fiverr has the "press and hold". No big deal if you aren't doing anything shady.
