Fiver has a field called SUCCESS RATE. I have a 5 star review, I answer messages quickly, I finish orders in timely manner, yet my success rate is only 4! 5 or more is better. Its a very vague term, "success rate" when all my other fields are good, how come my success rate is not rising?

Hi I put in a request for support a few days ago and no one responded. When I look it shows issue solved but IT WAS NOT! my Issue is that the work I uploaded for the client doesnt show in my portfolio. The checkmark is there that when I do work it gets added to my portfolio but it wasnt. How can I add them myself? I'd like to show all the work I've done. thank you

thats it? I just need to update gig portfolio? how often and how do I do that?

I've been doing modeling On fiver for 5 years, and I have done about 200 gigs but for some reason only 4 or 5 show under my gigs but other sellers have way more videos under theirs. and even more, the 5 that show are not my most favortie, they were loaded by random it seems by fiver. How can I load more so buyers see all the experiece and different kind of modeling and videos I've made and also chose what gets shown from my work. Thank you all
