You should delete the duplicate gigs first. That's what you should do at first! Afterwards, read the following thread so that you can get more knowledge about Fiverr. Ignore content on Buyer Request.

as a new seller first, you should get a good idea about Fiverr TOS and how it works, in the future you will be more knowledgeable if anything goes wrong.
