Should i buy Seller Plus?

Hi guys, i just recently got an invitation to join the Seller Plus. Just wanted to know that is it actually worth it? Should i buy it ? Sellers who bought this. Did you get any actual benefit from it? and one last question is it invite only for specific amount of sellers or its pretty common and everyone gets this invite?
