My all earning of two years gone no one listening to me from fiverr

I am using fiverr from 2 years and i got level 2 seller badge with 5 stars rating suddenly i open my laptop and i see notification my all balance of earning has been withdrawal by some one even i do not attached even any payment method with fiverr.

i am still trying to contact fiverr team attached support ticket but almost 25 days gone no any one taking it serious even mobile number got changes in my fiverr account. new number is from Uk where as i am create and using fiverr from pakistan.

no one is listing so i feel may be someone from fiverr management got hacked my account thats why i got no feedback still struggling with my balance and account to!

can this forum be helpfull for me to recover my account and my 2 years balance withdrawal back to me also ?

Why didn't you withdraw your balance? Fiverr isn't a bank, and keeping your balance here for 2 years couldn't possibly be safe.
