Why do you want to stay active all the time? Are you trying to become a Robot? Don't do that.. Just get online whenever you need to do something on Fiverr i.e. responds to buyer's inquiries/messages, gig optimization, orders etc. Staying active all the time won't help you with anything else.

No matter how much money is in the game, it is not worth destroying your health. Maybe some buyers are so impatient that they want only a seller who is online, but the majority want someone who is experienced or a new seller who attracted them with his optimised gigs/bio.

Giving this person helpful advice is useless as he never follows it. I gave him a lot of advice about how to make his profile more appealing to buyers, and he has not changed anything. Trying to help him is a waste of your time.
