fiverr Seller plus Standard plan's features are not working after 9 days

Regarding the issue related to Seller Plus on Fiverr, I bought the Seller Plus standard package which was 19$ for one month, I bought it on 15 March but at 23 march all of the features that come with Seller Plus were not working, of that are mentioned in the description of the seller plus Account,,,,, I'm feeling not good about it can anybody help me with that...? I've paid only for these features that are now not working,..... Is there any chance to fix this??????
