4 active gigs for a Level 0/New Seller are allowed now according to the new level system.

Since the Fiverr update, a new seller is only able to make 4 gigs.

Fiverr now let the new sellers to create 4 gigs

There are limitation of gig creation, If you're a new seller you can create only 4 gigs.
