Dear Fiverr Community,

I hope this message finds you in good health. I’m writing to address an urgent matter related to my Fiverr account. Unfortunately, my account has been flagged due to a false identity claim. Despite my immediate efforts to resolve this by contacting Fiverr Support, This is literally my only form of income for myself and my family.

Let me assure you that I have all the necessary proofs and documentation to verify my identity. I’m more than willing to provide these to resolve the situation promptly. I’ve already reached out to Fiverr Support, attaching the required evidence. However, it’s been two days, and I haven’t heard back from them.

As someone who values platform security, I want to emphasize that the false identity claim against my account is baseless. I’m seeking your suggestions and assistance in navigating this situation. I’ve attached screenshots of my case for transparency.

This issue is affecting my ability to use Fiverr effectively, and I appreciate any insights or advice the community can offer.

I am so sorry to say that, at the moment, there is nothing I can do. Your account is currently under review by the relevant team. As the CS informed you, the review can take up to 60 days. Please focus on your active orders and once the team reaches its decision, you will be notified.

did you go out of the country recently of used VPN and logged in to Fiverr? in that case you will be notified my friend, one of my friend did that and faced this issue
