Why am I being asked to increase my basic Gig price to $20 dollars?

My gig price was $15 for a basic package, and I attempted to lower it to $10. However, I am not being allowed to lower it to $10, or even leave it at $15—when I attempt to save the gig I get a red exclamation mark. When I hover over the price, I get a tooltip that says: "Set package prices so that the prices are between $20 and $10000." Any help?
