Weightage/Impact of a Negative Review

I'm wondering whether a negative review on a $5 contract carries the same weightage in the Fiverr algorithm as it does on a $100 contract?

It will damage your account. $5 or $100 does not make a difference.

So we need to be careful all the time irrespective of size of the contract.

However, is it logical as well?
