4 months Gigs out of search

4 months a go one of my gig got 3 reviews with 1 star 🌟.

After that I got 16 5 star reviews on same gig, but still all my gigs are out of search, CS is not helping at all. 

 

Please suggest some good solution. Thanks 😊 🙏

You received three 1-star reviews in a very short period of time (before 4 months), so it's clear what's stopping your gigs from appearing in search.

Because of those three 1* public reviews, buyers must have left you negative private reviews which is why your gig seems to be temporarily removed the search results. Your BSR and performance scores have been dropped too. It will take 3-6 months to get recovered from the effects of those reviews. Try to improve your gig galleries of all gigs.

Same here.. first 2-3 days Impression is stable, then gradually decreasing day by day.

I have seen that you received few 1-star reviews recently that is the reason. try to get the next 2 reviews with 5* and hopefully overcome it a few.
