Be very careful with FIVERR, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY

Hello everyone, I have had a very bad experience with Fiverr and I would never buy anything on this page in my life. I will briefly summarize it for you. I bought a subscription to a website, I filed a claim with Paypal. Fiverr withdraws the money from the website where I had purchased the subscription and they blocked it because Fiverr told them that they had refunded the purchase amount (FALSE). Fiverr accuses Paypal of having the money (FALSE). Summary, Fiver keeps my money and I am left without my subscription and without money. What scoundrels.
I leave you the entire conversation so that you realize that in 4 days they have NOT solved anything because they are NOT interested.
Sorry for the chatter but I'm pretty hot with these scoundrels. Be careful with these people.

What I don't understand is what you bought via Fiverr. Pretty sure website subscriptions are not sold here, and if they are sold cheaper than they are legally, then you might have someone breaching the terms of service for that website. If that's what you bought.. of course.

In the attached file everything is detailed, including the website I am referring to.

You're supposed to post in English...

Please use English only.

From what I've seen, the whole issue was triggered by a chargeback on PP. Fiverr has no power in that case because clearly, things went wrong with the provider. Also, I'm not sure what the order was about and what it is that you purchased, but evidently it wasn't something allowed. Did you intentionally initiated this so called chargeback? If so, Fiverr has no responsibility, especially considering they no longer keep the money once a chargeback is performed.

As Donnovan asked, is the Seller still an active user on the platform?

Sorry, but I use Google Translator, I don't know English. 1º If it is not allowed on Fiverr, why do I have the purchase invoice in the name of Fiverr? 2nd The seller referred me to the Fiverr page to make the payment and it was made through Paypal. 3º Fiverr lies by sending a message to the seller that a refund has been sent to me for the order (FALSE), I have evidence from my payment provider (PAYPAL) that no refund has been issued. 4º If it is a product that is not allowed, it is Fiverr's fault for not being vigilant and not the buyer's. They are responsible for the page. 5º When I ask where my money is, absolute silence. I repeat, everything is in the attached file

This is quite a story. Sounds like the order was cancelled and Fiverr issued a credit. Then the buyer did a chargeback at Paypal, but Paypal says the order was delivered (or in this case, a credit was issued giving the buyer a chance to order again. In essence, the buyer did not lose the value of their purchase.) As a matter of course, Fiverr usually cancels the buyer account when they do a chargeback.

Apparently you haven't read the attachment to my first post, or you haven't understood it. Fiverr has NEVER refunded me the amount.

Fiverr never gives refunds. They only provide a credit to your account. Your documents say they gave you a credit, but then you did a chargeback with Paypal.

Let's see how I explain it to you. Fiverr says he gave me a refund, the refund does NOT appear in my credits or in my payment operator (Paypal). For all this I make a claim to Paypal, they say that nothing has NEVER been refunded to my Paypal account, therefore if I do not have the money it is not very difficult to know who has it.

Paypal said they didn't do the chargeback because the Fiverr order was delivered. Was the order delivered but you didn't like it and wanted to cancel? In that case Fiverr would give you a credit. But you started a chargeback with Paypal, then paypal said the wouldn't complete the chargeback.  Maybe with all the digital communication going back and forth between Fiverr and Paypal the issue got scrambled. The "subscribe to a website" sounds a bit odd for Fiverr. Not sure who fibeflix is.

Subscribing to a service via Fiverr most likely means the seller offering such a service is manipulating the system in some way to get that subscription cheaper, so they might be breaking the rules of that platform. So it certainly sounds shady, if you want a service you can easily subscribe to it. Using a third party to get a better deal is... let's say less than ideal. So I agree with the sentiment.

The product is purchased from Fiverr, as stated on my purchase invoice. The Fivberr company is supposed to be vigilant against any strange case of any seller. If this is the case, Fiverr is responsible and not the buyer (me). Fiverr is not the one to keep the buyer's money if the product has been canceled and clearly says that a refund has been made, when it is NOT true. Neither in credits, nor in my Paypal, therefore he LIES blatantly.

If you buy a forbidden drug via a platform and the platform doesn't allow that, but the seller sells it without their consent, it's the seller at fault, not the platform. They should ban him if he was selling something illegally.

Regardless, I don't understand why you would buy a subscription through Fiverr, clearly that seller was using a shady method to acquire cheaper prices. So I don't get it.. Most likely the subscription provider doesn't allow reselling like this, so it's a very shady thing to do. Whenever something seems too good to be true.. it most likely is.

Hope you will get your $$ back, and the lesson learned here is that you should stick to a service provider and not a third party for any subscription. If I understood your situation correctly, that is.

Hello, I don't know if the platform allows this type of sale or not, in which case I should ask the seller for explanations. What the platform cannot do is retain the money from the buyer, it should return it, as stated in one of its messages that it had been returned to the buyer, being totally uncertain as demonstrated in various messages to Fiverr. Anyway, thanks for the comments and interest shown. All the best
