Hi, I've been motion graphic designer for 6 years. Lately I've been working on Logo animation and I've made some famous brand logo animation as personal project  (not a paid work) such as Youtube, Nike, X Twitter. The question is, Can I post said work on my gig gallery?

Only if you have the permission from the copyright holder.

No. Although, in the case of X, probably yeah since they themselves can't own the copyright for what is just an unicode character lol
