gig image Why gig image got blurred in spite of following the size guidelines?

I'm designing gig images on Canva following the size guidelines of Fiverr. So it looks clear after downloading the image. But it got blurred after uploading to the gig and my gig image quality got down. Please help me in this regard. Also please suggest me the software you use to create good quality images.

Is there some kind of image compression happening on Fiverr's servers? I've noticed that gig images get cropped too, although I'm following the image size guidelines. I wonder why is that.
