My fiverr experience 6 months search no gig available. 55 review 53 5 star. No canceled. After the update, the success score has been changed to 4. No work for 8 months. Contacted customer support but did not get any solution. In a word, I am disappointed.😭

Do you understand what I mean here? There is no gig since when there were 25 reviews, now there are 55 review level system updates for 2 months but its activities have been going on for a long time. Is there a specific time for this level system?

I am personally not satisfied with the new update process of fiverr because those with low success scores are not getting their gig in the marketplace then how will the seller fulfill the success score if they don't get the job. After a certain period, the success score requirement will be fulfilled after 2 or 3 months and fiverr is not helping us with any information. I have completed more than 20 orders so far and after that the success score is not being filled. Those who have a low success score account will be considered as canceled? If fiverr does not address this issue well, fiverr will lose the seller's trust in a very short period of time because I myself am frustrated with the activity of fiverr. This is my personal opinion. @Kesha 6 to 9 months ago due to buyer's non-cooperation or misunderstanding, 2 orders or 1 order was canceled due to which the order competition decreased. Even 3 months ago, a buyer blocked me with the product and sent me an order cancellation request, although when I contacted customer support, they fixed the order competition. I have completed all the requirements 100% through good work. Due to the launch of my new update system, all the hard work I have done has ended. I am unable to find jobs and success scores.

What else can I say sadly I have completed 53 orders out of which 50 are 5 stars and 3 orders were canceled 7 to 9 months back due to non-cooperation from buyers. There was also a buyer who blocked me and sent me an order to cancel the order. When I contacted customer support they said they will refund my due wages, after contacting them later they failed to refund me my wages. We have to face such a difficult situation, but we the sellers are affected by the cancellation of this order. Due to the achievement score update, the first level is now level 0 Gig not available Delivery time has never been delayed but my response rate is set to 0. I don't think how much I would improve my success score if I hadn't been employed for the past 6 months because I couldn't find a gig. All my efforts seem futile if all my clients are satisfied with me.

I have completed 53 orders 51 Rating 5-star and one 4 and 1-star. Getting two ratings less is because of their non-cooperation. So far no work has been delivered late but my response rate has been reduced to 0. Due to fiverr new update my success score is 4 and the gig is not available for more than 4 months. How to complete the next step if gig searching is not available. All my efforts are in vain. I don't know what will happen in the coming days because my family runs with this income.
