unable to create a new gig

when I click on new gig nothing is happening there, I have attacked a screen video for better understanding.

I hope when you created your account you got a message from Fiverr in the mailbox. Now just You have to go to the mailbox and open your mail then you will see there is an option (reply). then you can explain your problem to them, then after 24-48 hours, you will get a reply.

There is a gig limit as a new sellers you can only create 7 gigs. THANKS!

You speak to Help & Support and present your problem. Hope the problem will be solved. Another important thing is that you should read the terms and conditions of Phifer carefully so that you do not violate any rules. good luck

If you want to create another gig, you should delete one of the gigs you have.
