You can create, there is no issue but remember that the client will be confused because he may not understand your expertise in a specific work

A simple reverse search of your images shows that you are taking website templates and casting them off as your own work.  If you're a professional website designer then you should have a portfolio of your own sites to showcase. 

This tells me, and your potential customers, that you're not confident in your own work, and as such, they are therefore looking for alternative freelancers. 

It's as simple as that. If you can't wow customers with great looking websites, then you're just another sheep in an ever growing flock.
