He actually talks about gig marketing to generate traffic and get knock from potential clients.

Perhaps they are, in your culture.

In other cultures, calling people you don't know "dear" can be seen as rude (or creepy).

Improving your communication skills might help. For example, not addressing people as "dear".

As for how to promote your gigs and get orders: you say you are a digital marketer. Use your skills as a digital marketer to promote your Fiverr business.

Or try offering something you're actually good at.
