Can a buyer still request a refund on Fiverr during the fund pending clearance stage?

Hello, I am new to Fiverr and was wondering why there is a fund pending clearance stage on my order. One of my friends informed me that it is from the buyer, and the buyer has until the pending money phase to request a refund for the order. So, is that correct? Can the buyer still request a refund during the period, and can they request a refund after the pending phase is completed? On Fiverr, I don't get the refund

As per my experience and understanding, once order is completed buyer has no right to ask for a refund. Fiverr has policy of clearance of 14 days but this is not for buyer to claim a refund at all.

Yes! Because 15 days before the delivery of your project,  buyer Fiver may ask for a refund of the funds at the time of possession. But if the reviewer gives review feedback on your project, his/her application will be rejected.

From the questions I've seen on this forum, I can tell you that the buyers can claim a refund. Even months later. If you have no pending funds or balance left it will be charged from your future orders.
