  1. As per my experience and understanding, once order is completed buyer has no right to ask for a refund. Fiverr has policy of clearance of 14 days but this is not for buyer to claim a refund at all.

  3. Hello friends, I really need your help here!! I'm working with a cheater who is doing a simply cheating with me. So, he placed an order with on 30th October where timeline was 5 days, I did my job and supplied the daily report on each day. He was happy to with all daily reports then I just merged all report in single report and supplied to him, he asked me to extend the delivery date by 7 more days as he needed more time to review, I extended the time. Then on 8th November he came back to me with an addition work and small revision and said that please do this I'll pay you extra for this, that I did and supplied to him again he was happy with it, on last Saturday he again asks me for simple additional work and said this is last one and then we are done. I did that too and supplied him all docs, reports. Now at the end he is simply asking me to cancel the order after wasting my 2 weeks, getting all daily reports 😞 which totally a cheating and he just mentioning I'm not happy work, I'm simply asking him if you are not happy then how you were happy with daily reports and works during 2 weeks. He is just playing a game; he is charging the fees from his client but don't want to pay me for my work. Can you guys please suggest me what should I do in this case?? Thank you
  4. And unfortunately, in most of case these briefs will go to a few sellers on selective basis in simple words this is a discrimination. Many of us are not getting a single brief even we have a lot of positive review, good ranking.
  5. Yes, just because of this mess Fiverr share values has already been very down a number of buyers and seller are leaving.
  6. Hi Friends, I joined fiverr few months ago and last month became a second level seller. I do have almost all positive and good feedback from clients too, but I just checked my gig ranking, it's showing on last page:( Anyone know what to do?
  7. He has new account and don't have any rating yet and I'm a second level seller so no question on performance comparison. LOL Here my point is why we are not getting equal opportunity? may be a technical issue or may be something else
  8. Hi Team, I'm a second-level seller and have completed a number of successful orders. However, since the last 10 days after Fiverr removed the buyer request feature, I have not gotten a single buyer brief. My friend who is providing an accounting service got 2 briefs today, but I didn't receive a single brief, even though I'm also providing the same services. This is not good practise by Fiverr at all. Everyone should be given an equal chance, at the very least for comparable services. Otherwise, what is use of a freelancing site? If this type of behaviour persists, freelancers like me who previously performed well, but now are not getting the chance to speak with a potential client will have to leave fiverr. Can someone advise me what to do?
