Suddenly I lost All gig rank.

Fiverr continuously cycles gigs to be in different pages on the search results. Sometimes at the front, sometimes at the back. This is to give everyone an equal opportunity to do well on fiverr. When you're on the front you will have more impressions. Nearer to the back of the search results will mean less impressions.

Learning to search through the forum is the best way to learn how to improve your gig, stats, orders, etc on Fiverr.
Since the same questions are posted every single day and hundreds of people have spent hundreds of hours answering them.

It's not a big issue. Fiverr continuously update the search result. It's common that gigs are on different pages of the search results.

If you see your gig is not showing on the search result then you can check if your gig is active or not by this link:  https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/selling-on-fiverr/gigs/gig-status?gigId=261793481

If you find that your gig is not active then you can contact the Fiverr support team with your result and tell them.

I think this helps you out!

Fiverr gives every profile a push for a little while, then it pushes other people and you end up not being in search results anymore. That's the fair thing to do for a platform this large. Anyway.... there is no ranking on Fiverr now so you should stop pursuing something which doesn't exist. Maybe we can try and catch the Fairy Godmother, or we can go to Atlantis next.

Leaving jokes aside, all you can do is to experiment, improve your gigs and try to grab the attention of new customers. It might be possible that someone gave you a negative private review accidentally (or on purpose), and considering you just have a few reviews/orders, that can have a massive impact on your sales. So there can be a variety of reasons why you have less clicks/impressions.

In your "I will build professional responsive and modern wordpress website" gig you could change the search tag "wordpres" to "wordspress" - that might help you get found by users searching for wordpress.

In "I will design or redesign or clone any wordpress website by elementor"  and "I will design or redesign wix website and wix ecommerce store" you could remove where it says "unlimited revisions"  in the gig description if you're not offering that in any of the packages (that's not to do with rank/search really but it could clarify things for people who do find your gig).

Have Fiverr staff ever told you that?

This is what Fiverr customer support said in April 2022:

Quote

...Thank you for reaching out to me regarding the mixed information about Gig ranking and its impact.

If you are to choose between The Forum or the Help page in regards to reliability, please, note that all information provided in the Help&Support section of the platform is official and correct.

...There are many factors to take into consideration, some of which may include order cancellations, delivery rate, responsiveness, etc.
The algorithm includes more than 50 variables, and one of them is the Gig ranking.
Also, the gigs are being repositioned on a daily basis, so that more users can be noticed.
It is a process carried out by an algorithm, so it can't be manually adjusted...

Fiverr customer support also said that private reviews don't have any impact. While success managers said the opposite. So it's hard to take anything at face value.

However, many people here were said that results are presented differently to every customer based on their inquiry and that there is no gig ranking. So.. it's hard to know which part is true. Regardless, as you said, cancellations and all the other things can have a negative impact. Same with a private review. So in the case of OP here, it can be a number of things as I mentioned above. We don't know if he canceled any order, if the response time is not that fast, etc.

Yes maybe that CS person was mistaken about private reviews if they have an impact (or maybe they were thinking about analytics stats and thinking they have no effect on visible stats).

Have you asked you success manager about gig ranking / whether gig rank still exists? Maybe asking them could help clarify that on the forum.

I've not seen any Fiverr staff member say anywhere (including on quotes from people) that there's no gig rank any more.

They also mention rank in the new Seller Plus keyword research page, though that' a bit different (they're ranking them but it's not the average rank that they get shown on in search results (rank being position where 1 is the first on the first page) - if it was they'd likely not be whole numbers).

Regardless, I think people are focusing on the wrong stuff. Everyone asks how to rank fast, how to get on the first page. While that should be an afterthought and the main focus should be on improving your knowledge, service quality, customer support, etc. But to each his own I guess.
