There are lots of freelancers who have lots of good characteristics which we lack, for example, I wish I have a better sense of humor but on the other hand, I'm hard working and that's my bonus point.

So let's start a random ranting pot.

Not really a topic for the Ranting Pot. But, okay.

1. Better time awareness/management. (I have ADD.)

2. Ability to hyper-focus. (Common with ADD.)

1. Business acumen (especially "on-the-spot decision-making" and dealing with customers). I work better with a plan and a process than in spontaneous situations, where emotions get in the way and my customers manage me (rather than me managing them).
