You would need to communicate with the forum members better on this.

I assume the order is marked complete and the funds have cleared and there was one order that contributed to a $200 total funds available for withdrawal.

How much was that order that its oddly $143 getting deducted...

Anyway, you can check the order that you think was cancelled, you will be able to see it on your order page. Or check the buyer's profile, if you can't see it anymore then it means he disputed the charges in his bank/card and got banned from Fiverr.

Back deducted Means you had an order cancelled after more than 15 days of complete. So, the completed order amount was available at your account but when the order cancelled, the cancelled amount deducted from your available balance.
