One of new Buyer ask my Portfolio.  On want to add few of the new services of my Portfolio.

My question is that If i do not have GIG of specific services , can i add those services to My portfolio ? 

I have 4 Gig only now live , but I can give service minimum 7 .  Can show all services to my portfolio or show only services which gig are running ? please advice

Clarification, please: You use the word 'portfolio', but did you mean 'profile' in some of those cases? The words are not interchangeable.

If your Buyer is using the word 'portfolio', that just means the want to see examples of your past work. Fiverr does not permit sellers to add directly to their Live Portfolio. If you wish to create a new gig and add it to your profile, that's up to you. If you have an off-platform portfolio, it just needs to comply with the Permitted Links List.
