how to enable a buyer request after low rating

my buyer was given me a 4 star rating but my buyer request offers was gone zero. now it this case i dont want to ask to buyer for edit my reveiw . and also i dont want to know about how much time to take enable my buyers request. also in my next evalution was showing 15 may 2022.

can anybody tell me how much time will it takes for enable

And you can’t do that because that will be against fiverr TOS and reviews anyway can not be changed.

It will be “enabled” when your average rating will come back to 90% from 5 stars
