Promoted GiG is not working for months.

Hello I have my promoted gig feature blocked for months and i don't know why. So how can i find out that what is the problem? The specific problem?

You are likely not able to use the Promoted Gigs feature, because your seller/gig performance has fallen below the requirements for you to use the feature. This is not a bug; this is not a problem. This is how Fiverr -- and the Promoted Gigs feature -- works.

Earn more orders, and improve your seller/gig performance, and you might be invited back into the program.

Certainly a drop in general performance led to the feature being stripped off. So keep working hard and step up your performance again. You'll definitely get it back soon.
