how to get rid of negative reviews!

Hi, the internet was not working in my country for one week. Unfortunately, I didn't deliver client work, and I've got a negative review!

How can I do please? I didn't get any new work from that time!

Unfortunately reviews can not be removed.

Unfortunately, you can't remove or edit reviews. In the future, deliver great work and results will be better, or you can start over.
