We know, if we active 24 hours in fiverr, we will get orders quickly. But how can i active in fiverr 24/7. Is this any process to be active maximum in fiverr. Let me know if anyone have any ways?

That's simply not true. You can have a team of people keeping your account seem active 24/7/365, and it's still not guaranteed that you will ever get an order, let alone get it quickly.

This a very wrong concept. You are not  robot who can stay awake 24 hours daily. So try to stay active on the working hour this will help you to get orders if you have that potential.

Unless you are a mechanical robot that doesn't need sleep, you cannot be online, on Fiverr, at all times. Point of fact, you do not need to be online, on Fiverr, in order to gain orders. Buyers can hire you at any time, even when you are offline.

A better question is, why would you want to be always active on Fiverr? Have you been listening to YouTube gurus who lie to new sellers and tell them they must always be active on Fiverr to make sales?
