why this happens " Your Gigs cannot be promoted right now " without any reason.?

I am facing this issue for number of time .your gigs cannot be promoted right now  although gigs are performing well .

It means that they don’t perform well anymore. It means that some of your hidden statistics or open stats are below average and that triggered the system

If you are seeing the text that your gig can not be promoted anymore then it means that your gig is de ranked in the algorithm.

when you got the gig promotion fiverr manually and automatically check your quality delivery. If it dosen't meet their requirements they will withdraw gig promotions from buyers.

I suggest contacting Fiverr Support in this regard because there was some glitch in last days and same happened with me too but when I contacted Fiverr support, they resolved it as my gig was performing well at that time.

If you check the support link here, it says this:

You are evaluated for Promoted Gig participation eligibility according to the following standards:

• You meet additional quality metrics.

Maybe some of those quality metrics were lowered recently, due to private feedback and you don't meet the criteria anymore.
