I created an a account but its not showing up

when i check my profile i saw unavailability at nov 5,2021 and so i set that i will be available in nov 6,2021.

i already received a message that i am availabe,but still i cant find my profile,i really do want my account to be seen i am always active,can you guys search my name if its there?,this is frustrating,is there a cooldown time for newbies like after you create an account you have to wait for 1-2 days to be fully active?
