Another Photoshop Question

I want to remove a scarf and add a necklace to enhance the neckline. Most, practically all, photoshop gigs are for background removal, color enhancements, sharper image, etc.

I can't find a gig for remove & replace. I know it's doable but takes some skill/knowledge, which I don't have. Can anyone give me a search word to filter out the million or so gigs offering photoshop to this particular skill?
