Really confused and annoyed with Fiverr & PayPal

Hi guys,

So I accidentally transferred some of my money into my PayPal account from my Fiverr account. The problem is, I thought that PayPal was setup, but now it is asking for personal info that I don't want to give out yet since I am still under 18. So, I accepted the money transfer, but now it's stuck between PayPal and Fiverr, and I can't access it from either side. 

What do you guys think I should do?

You should fix your Paypal account first. 

Fiverr can't assist you because you've already transferred the money to your Paypal account and that cannot be reversed.
