Longer answer: customer retention depends heavily on the kind of service provided and what a buyer needs. For example, a person starting a new business probably will only buy one logo, but might buy dozens of flier designs. Some services just aren't conductive to repeat business. As for actually getting people to frequent any business, be it fast-food, dry-cleaning, or even waste-disposal, that is based heavily on knowing your target market and what they want.
