W-9? HOW long does it take for Fiverr to confirm?! (still waiting)

WHERE is the customer support direct email? Is it suppor@fiverr.com?  No direct phone number either....  I signed up for Fiverr last week, started setting up my profile and playing around with learning how to start my first gig (not posting it yet though) and it brought up the tax/W-9 info, I filled it out and received a message that they are reviewing it and "This might take a few days".  I see people getting their instantly, how long is "too long" that there would be cause for me ask why it's taking so long?
