where is my gift card?

So i messages with a customer and he only need suggestion so i didnt give a offer,after it he give a gift card and at fiverr there is a notification someone give me a gift card but how i can find it?because its not a offer there is nothing in mu earning

I’ve never hear of “gift cards” payments on fiverr. 
can you please show a screenshot from fiverr that says that you have a gift card?
