My 2 order was cancelled.what I can do now

I am new seller. My 2 order was cancelled because of this my ratings was down and 33 now. Plz advise me how to solve this problem 😭.

Hi!

For to solve this there is only one option you have, which is to do perfect work for the buyers. So if your percentage is now down, to grow this up you need to get some new orders, and the new buyers must need to complete this, then your order completion rank will increase. If you can make your completion rank more than 90%, then your rank stays on your current level. If you don't have a new buyer you can ask for some Fiverr user to order you. But maybe for that, you need to do an exchange deal with them.

The only way to improve your ratings is to minimise cancelled orders and have as many successful orders as you can. So the most important thing for you to do right now is to understand why you had these 2 cancellations. When you understand why, see if you can improve your gig description, FAQ's, service to buyer and your quality of work, to reduce the chance of further cancellations.

Do top quality work that dos not get cancelled. Simply showing up is the beginning. It sounds like you need to look at what you are delivering. Fiverr is not easy.

You have two reviews on your profile. One of them states that you are a social media marketing expert and were able to generate enough follows for someone to "get a blue tick" on their profile.

If that is a true review, you should be able to advertise yourself on social media and get enough new orders to fix your ratings.

If it is not true, then you have a fake review and eventually you will get caught and your account will be deleted. Fiverr is not a place for fake sellers.

Good. Then use your social media marketing skills to promote your gigs on social media. It won't take too many more until your cancellation rate is fixed.
