So, need not to worry just clam down and contact with fiverr customer support team and submit your request to them and tell them your facing reason. I am 100% sure they will massage you within or less then 24 hour's. And in their second massage you will get the problem solved and they have massage to you for that so, nothing to worry just clam down and move with your work. Wish you best of luck...........
