That is dependent on a lot of factors, like the services you're offering, if it's a requirement for your orders or not, etc. The general rule is that there should be no contact outside the platform, so unless you get an all clear from CS you shouldn't do it. If the client is a business client there is a video call option enabled in the conversation box, but if they aren't then you would need to contact CS for permission on outside communication.
