I got many buyer requests in this time from Bangladesh.
11:15 AM - 12:30 PM (I got many buyer requests)
2 PM - 2:30 PM
4 PM - 5:30 PM
7 PM - 9 PM
2 AM - 3:15 AM

And try to active in this time on fiverr. Because it better time for your gigs sells.
2 AM - 7:30 AM
10 AM - 12:45 PM
2 PM - 5:30 PM
6 PM - 10:30 PM

I think its not same for all sellers . time differs one to one.

@asad931It didn't helped me at all I got dozens of buyer request at 9:00 AM which I haven't got at your time so please be sure which time a person will get dozens of buyer requests otherwise don't post this things.

The truth is, the timings of Buyer Requests varies from country to country or perhaps even among users of the same country. These posts where a single user lists their personal BR timings are effectively useless. It's best that you frequently check your BR section for a week or even a month and take note of the timings. You need to figure out your BR timings by yourself.

It is random, we have to refresh and check..But as mentioned above there are some time when buyer rquest could be available to us

Actually, It's depend on buyer country to your country. 

I get buyer request more

2am to 3am

2pm to 4pm

And others time little bit.

I think It Depend The Time of buyer country .Most of the time for Asian country seller get the buyer request in night time cause Europe counter buyer are trying to find the seller for their work .so everyone try to active in night tine .2am -6 pm moat of the buyer request come .
