Buyer Requirements not Submitted

Hey! I recently received an order on 26th December 2020(about 5 months ago). The buyer didn’t contact me at all, they just placed an order. They didn’t submit any information, and I have tried contacting them but they are not responding. What should I do?

Leave it. As long as you have mandatory requirements and they do not fill it in, order won’t start.
